A class to represent a MetaPhlAn profile

This class stores database version information and taxonomic profile data from MetaPhlAn output.

Character string indicating the MetaPhlAn database version used.

mpa_taxProfile

A data.frame containing the taxonomic profile (relative abundances of clades).
